House Designs For Lots #1 and #8 in the Arundel Development, Located in Nashville, Tennessee

Here are the preliminary designs for lots #1 and #8 in the Arundel Development in Nashville Tennessee. We will add photos as the projects progress. The first four images are the elevations for lot #1, and the next four are the elevation studies for lot #8. Arundel Court is located off of Estes Road, between Woodmont Boulevard and Abbott Martin Road- on the east side of Estes. If you're in the Nashville area, take a drive over there and check out the 5 completed houses, and the construction progress on the other three lots (#1,#5 and #8).

Revisiting the Southern Living Showcase Home Design in Nashville Tennessee

Last Fall, Burke Coffey Architecture Design Inc. teamed up with Castle Homes to design a Southern Living Showcase Home here in the Nashville area. Here are a few shots of the home that included rooms designed by several prominent Nashville area Interior Designers. The house is located in the Dorset Park community in southern Davidson County. Hopefully this project will be a springboard to other projects with the Southern Living team.

 Here's three new photos sent to us by Brett Wright over at CastleHomes- the contractor for the job. Still needing paint, but the metal roof is now installed. More later as construction progresses.

Retreat near the Duck River in the Tennessee Countryside

Here are a few construction pictures if a rural retreat we designed that is located on a small tributary of the Duck River. The property is situated in a picturesque valley, so the house is designed to hopefully optimize the multiple views. We will update as the house nears completion.
